Ferrero Rocher cookies



  • Cookie dough:

  • 125g plain flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

  • Big pinch of salt

  • 85g melted butter

  • 100g dark brown sugar

  • 50g caster sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 egg

  • 100g chocolate chips






Alternatively use store bought mixture.

Everyone has seen the craze of putting Oreos into cookies. It's amazing... Literally the ultimate comfort food. But I think we can do one better. So here we are a posher, nuttier version of the almighty Oreo cookie... The prince Harry to the wills (and something you will really want to sink your teeth into).

Make your cookie dough mix!

Cream together the butter and sugar before adding wet ingredients and stirring very fast then adding remaining dry ingredients. Or as your packet or recipe says.

Next coat your rochers each in a thick and generous layer or sticky, deliciously gungey cookie dough.

Bake at 180 degrees until lightly browned. And enjoy mmmmmmmm the decadence!
